February 2010: KPLs program helps train new IRS operators

KPL has developed a new version of its training program for temporary staff at US Bank's IRS operations.

The new version is based on BancTec's PayCourier system.

The program replicates the live system in terms of screen layout and functionality. It also recreates the items, including IRS Vouchers.

It will enable the Bank to train large numbers of operators quickly and consistently.
