May 2008: NEW MODULE for ImageMark Remote Deposit Training
KPL has developed a further training Module for NCR's ImageMark system: to cover the Remote Deposit workflow. This is in addition to the ATM, Teller and Pre-Encoded Modules. The Training focuses on the Balancing function and provides a precise emulation of the screens and the data. Trainees are shown how to process the transactions as they would in the live environment. They are then required to balance further sets of data on their own, with feedback and end-of-exercise results. |
